To be fair vexed, you are a negative sod sometimes ;o)

I however would have agreed with you today with a struggle for us if it weren't for zaza being out.

I really find it hard to see us winning with the team we'll be putting out against this fat fuckers new club, so fingers crossed I'm wrong and the players can step up, as them using payet being a tosser is a pathetic excuse for how they've been playing themselves.

Be professional lads, COYI

Long term exposure to West Ham United does that to you, I'm sure you're aware.

My positivity and support after going over there for 28 years even annoys me, as I know I should be a mommy bastard.

Thankfully the owners and Brady have pissed me off so much the past few years, that the utter shite on the pitch this season hasn't made me too angry.

Definitely a tough season to be remotely positive about.

BFS has won a game at Palace yet; its obvious whats going to happen today. Have they also got anyone who hasn't scored for about 10 years?

Defeat looks likely especially without the one bloke who can score for us :-( Add to that the BFS return and them desperate for a win. Schlupp to get the winner knowing our luck.

Look who we have available in the squad and its pretty likely we are going to find it harder without Payet, Antonio and Kouyate. The likes of Noble, Obiang, Fernandes, Lanzini, in fact everyone on the pitch will need to have the game of their lives and lets be honest the games we won against Hull and Burnley were more luck than anything else and that ran out at Leicester and has been getting progressively worse. Bad referee decision today a certainty.

Cannot be there today so the only hope is that my Jonah like influence and downright miserable outlook will have less effect on affairs than it usually does.

I'd back Carroll to destroy Tomkins in the air but the problem is he'll probably be up against 3 or 4 players on his own unless we get him some help and make some runs to drag people away.

Good news that Antonio starts!

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Crystal Palace - Official Match Thread
That team looks vulnerable down the right unless Antonio tracks back effectively. Collins won't be able to cover the ground as the right sided CB that Kouyate was :-( But other than Byram coming straight back in after a long layoff too what choices do we have?

Palace will do what all teams do and attack us down that side I suspect. That said, recently Cresswell has been looking dodgy too.

Bad feeling about this but then I always do :-(

Sir Alf - seriously mate, give it a rest. The club has been a shambles this season, but you need a bit of positivity before the start of a home game.
